Blow the heat away !
Some processes need to lower the temperature of the product for various reasons: to reduce processing times, to preserve the machine components or to make subsequent processing more effective.
Also in this case, an air blow can help to increase the speed of heat removal.
An example are the tiles that, coming from the kiln, must face a digital printing phase. Too high a temperature could affect print quality, as well as damage the expensive printheads.
Or lowering the temperature of the sausage after the shrinking phase guarantees better packaging and a faster labeling phase.
