Application features:
Steel worktop on which, with the appropriate sides, reinforced concrete pre-slabs (i.e. Predalles) are made. After dismantling the slab, residues of release agent and hardened concrete offal remain on the work surface and must be removed as soon as possible to prepare the next casting.
GREEN BLOW IE3 were used combined with a 3000mm three-inlet PLUS T air knife with the possibility of doubling the air thrust via inverter and series connections. The blowers are mounted on a trolley that moves along the entire length of the top.
Targets:
Clean and dry the concrete casting surface as quickly as possible
