Jars drying after pasteurization process

Application features:
Drying of the jars after the pasteurization process of the jams and tomato sauces.
Maximum line speed about  60’000 jars/hour.

– Remove the water from the lid of the jar to prevent the formation of rust in case of stagnation.
– Dry the body of the jar to allow a reliable application of the self-adhesive label.

Energy Consumption:
The previous installation included 4 motors of 11 Kw for a total of 44 KW.
The solution adopted provides for a maximum of 4 stations for a total of 8,8 kW installed

Notes on the results obtained:
Drying achieved both on the sides of the jar and on the lid.

This application could be made also on beverage cans !
