Drying perfectly the bottles before labelling step
Targets:
– Remove the water down the bottle cap to prevent the formation of rust in case of stagnation.
– Dry the body of the bottle perfectly to allow a reliable application of the self-adhesive label.
Energy Consumption:
The number of drying station depends on the speed of the line. Each station have a consumption of maximum 2,2 kW
Notes on the results obtained:
Drying achieved both on the sides of the bottle and down the cap.
